Privacy Policy
Your audio
SongBPMFinder.com reads audio files, microphone sound and shared tab audio inside your browser. The audio is not uploaded to our servers, not recorded, and not stored after you close or reload the page.
Microphone and tab audio
The microphone and tab audio modes ask your browser for permission each time. Sound is used live to estimate tempo and key, and capture stops when you press the stop button, close the tab, or stop sharing.
What the website host sees
Like any website, the host that serves the pages can keep standard request logs such as IP address and browser type. These logs contain no audio.
Cookies and analytics
The tool itself sets no cookies and loads no advertising. The site measures visits with two services:
- Plausible counts page views. It is built to avoid personal data, and it does not use cookies to follow you between sites.
- Microsoft Clarity records how pages are used: clicks, scrolling and mouse movement. It starts after the page has finished loading. Clarity may set its own cookies, depending on your region and consent settings.
These services see which pages you open and how you interact with them. Your audio files are never sent to them: songs are analysed inside your browser and go nowhere. File names are masked in Clarity recordings, but numbers shown on screen, such as a BPM, can appear in a replay.

Feedback form
The header Feedback button sends the text you type to a self-hosted Feedback Hub on Cloudflare Workers (feedback.remixtranslator.com). Typical fields: type (bug, idea, question, thanks, other), message, email, page URL, language, and basic diagnostic context. Email notifications go through the configured Cloudflare email service.
The tool does not attach your file or secret. Do not paste passwords, ID numbers, or private documents.
Ko-fi
The feedback modal may link to ko-fi.com/dylan199. Opening that link is optional and uses Ko-fi’s own policy.
